Jim’s love for steak matches his desire for a smile that brings him genuine pride. “I really like eating steak so I want to eat steak till I leave this earth,” he says, smiling with satisfaction at the thought. But when it came to his smile, Jim wasn’t as confident.

“When I used to smile you saw those little fangs,” Jim says, as he mimics the way he used to hide his teeth. “You smile like this,” he adds, covering his mouth.

“Now I’m finding, when I do smile, I smile with me teeth,” he says, grinning from ear to ear.

“Then I go, ‘Oh hang on, I don’t want to be showing off,” he laughs, still getting used to how great his smile looks.
